Returns and Refunds policy
Thanks for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please contact us at contact@canvasyourart.com, we’ll do our best and work with you to make the situation right
How we proceed ?
clients can ask to preview their order before print, if not we’ll design, print and ship the order.
in case preview is requested (also in some special cases/requests), we will send a preview mockup in the next 24-48h (it can take more during holidays) and wait for approval.
after 24h a reminder will be sent to the client, if we didn't get an answer in the next 24h after the 2nd email we reserve the right to print and ship the item(s).
Cancellation and return
Please be advised that our products are customized after purchase, so if you want to cancel your order for any reason, you can do so in the next 12h, After that the order should have already proceeded.
$50 of design fees will be cut before refunding your money if the item(s) are not yet shipped, in case the order is shipped unfortunately we can’t cancel your order.
we may also charge design fees if client asked to change the picture after we started working on it
Defect or Damage
We want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution.
For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the the products on a flat, well lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.
